Wasn't Mark Meer already confirmed as the voice of Rasaad? He was ManShep for those familiar with the Mass Effect series, as well as being a semi-famous Canadian comedian.
Pretty sure they already have all the voice lines for Neera recorded, too. Nicola Elbro. Haven't heard the lines yet and don't know her from her very short list of films on IMDB. Could be a break into the voice acting realm for her, who knows?
@Dazzu: A regular actor, sure. Voice actors tend not to care if they are "typecast" because they are a different commodity than regular actors. It's about the voice and that's it. I would say pretty much every voice actor is "typecast." Steve Blum as the grumbly male voice actor in literally every freakin' last anime and recent video game ever made, for example. You want someone to represent a monstrous race in a video game, he's who you get.
