[DUPE] - Corrupted Inventory Icons

Several items in the game have corrupted inventory icons when you pick them up and move them around in the inventory.

Example items: SPER07; STAF07

Steps to reproduce this issue:
1) Start a new game or load an existing one
2) Enter into the console: C:CreateItem("STAF07")
3) Open the inventory
4) Click on the newly spawned item; notice that once you pick it up its icon becomes distorted

I tried to take a screenshot of this, but on the screenshot the issue wasn't visible, since the icon did not appear on it.
