Protection from magc scrol crash?

Anyone got this issue. All time i try to use it game crashes and the problem is that i don't know it is game issue or problem with mod ( i installed most of compatibile mods listed in this site). Anyone got this crashes also?

    Works fine for me. The only thing I could suggest is trying it without mods.

    If that's too bothersome, then just avoid using the scroll.
