Hexxat stops asking to return, trapped in Shou Lung's tomb

So in Hexxat's 2nd quest, after getting the leopard claw, she asked if I wanted to go back to Athkatla, and I chose to continue exploring the tomb instead. She asked again once after that. However, now that I'm ready to leave the tomb, she's stopped asking and there's apparently no way to leave. I tried resting, I tried leaving the game on for 30 minutes, nothing (except for my characters complaining a lot about sitting around). What can I do?

Try initiating dialogue with her.

Clicking on her doesn't do it (tried repeatedly, she just says her stock phrases), is there some other way to initiate dialogue? Or some global variable or cluaconsole thing?
