Anomen quest bug

I am at chapter six and Anomen's quest part 3 is bugged. He says "wait now, who approaches" and a dialog box pops up but when I click continue the box just closes. The messenger doesn't come, nothing happens.

    Do you have any mods installed?
    In which device are you running the game, and it is the last version (1.2.2030)?

    I only have a few mods from the recommended mods on the forum:
    Xan NPC
    Banter Packs
    IEP Extended Banters
    Viconia Friendship
    Mazzy Friendship
    Edwin Romance
    NPC Flirt Packs
    Haer'Dalis Romance
    BG2 Tweak Pack
    BPSeries AI Scripts

    Installed in that order. I tried uninstalling all of them but the same thing still happens. Maybe repair the game? I'm assuming I have Patch 1.2.2030. I don't know how to tell.

    If any of those mods is affecting Anomen's romance, we can't take it as BG2:EE's bug, it is a bug from the mod.

    You were right. It was caused by a mod. The NPC Flirt pack specifically. Thanks for helping me track it down.
