Where are the Devs from

in General Discussion (Spoiler Warning!)
I bought the game from steam, but I've been thinking about getting another copy - that I can play unmodded with for some friends - I've been across it before, but could anyone point me to website that they used/are from, or what not.

Figured I could get an extra copy that I don't have to mess with and can support the people that have done a lot of the mods and the EE versions. Thanks!

    the EE version is done by Beamdog/overhaul and sold on their website: http://www.beamdog.com/products/baldurs-gate-ii-enhanced-edition-for-windows

    Thanks guys! Now if I download it from there, it will have it's own seperate folders from the steam version right? And I'll be able to play either?

    The installation will be separate, and you can play either, but save games will still use the Documents folder. So be sure to name your modded and unmodded games so that you don't lose track of which is which.

    They come from the past, like everyone else BUT ME MWHHAHAAHHA!
    EDIT: I think they come from different places, but they always met in Baldur's Gate :P.

    Thanks Jalily, I probably wouldn't have noticed the save game thing. Appreciate the help!

    i believe you could have also gotten the beamdog launcher and the standalone launcher and bought it once and got two copies, but you already have it on steam so I guess you needed to buy again, and I doubt you need 3 copies :)

    how bloody frigid is it in Edmonton right now? I'm trying to get work in Fort Mac but I'm not sure I can brave the frost nova (I'm used to Victoria weather :) )
