[DUPE] - Fighter/Thief Weapon Proficiencies all disappearing

For my character, Weapons Proficiencies (2 on Long Sword, 1 on Dagger, 2 on Dual Weapon) have all been set to zero, so that my character (Thief 4 / Fighter 3) now has no weapon proficiencies.
