Importing monk from bg1ee to bg2ee

Hi all,
i just completed a solo no reload monk run in bg1ee (quite easy btw, save for the duchal palace) but i have an issue when i export him to bg2ee : his armor class bonus is counted twice : once as the base armor (5 instead of 10) and a second time as a -5 ac bonus. For a total of -4 ac naked at level 8.

The thing is i play on ipad so i cannot change that to what it should be (ac 1)
Anyone else experiencing the problem? Does somebody has some ideas on how to fix it?

    When starting a new game you have to find your character on the list of pregenerated characters and hit the play button right next to their description. If you select to create a new character and then import your character from the character creation screen you will get this bug. That is the only in game workaround I know of.

    Actually this works until level 10. At level 10 the problem is back.

    The issue seems to be that in bgee, th monk gets an AC bonus while keeping a base ac of 10.
    In bg2ee the monk gets no ac bonus but instead gets a lower base ac.

    Using what you describe, i start at level 8 with a base ac of 10 and a bonus of 5.
    Once i level to 10, bg2ee recalculates my base ac and set it to 4 but i keep the bonus of 5.
