Dropped my thief letter for Gorch, can't get in to Mae'var guild

Basically as the title says I dropped my letter for Gorch - actually in the alternate plane during the quest for that bard guy - and now Gorch won't let me in even though I had the letter copied down and assumed it wouldn't let me drop something this god damn critical. Now I have no idea what I'm supposed to do. Does anyone have the item code for the letter so I can give it to myself or something?
