Game wont start just get dump error log

in BGII:EE Bugs (v1.2.2030)
Ive tried verify cache, uninstalling/reinstalling and still get error, i cant even launch game . Ive also turned down to 16bit color (read it somewhere). Also updated video card. Ill post error log. Surprise it wont let me attach dump log, is there anything that works right for this game? Hopefully get response from email :(
