#1137 - Bug - Branwen Rescued

Bug: Branwen Rescued topic is in the active quest log when players refuse to let her join.

Repro: Buy a scroll of Stone to Flesh from a temple. Use the scroll on Branwen when she is a statue. Decline to let her join the party.

Expect: Branwen Rescued topic should be in the completed quest log if players refuse to let her join.

NOTE: Dismissing Branwen after this bug appears does not fix this issue.
