[DUPE] - Slayer function only allowed one time

I turned into the slayer to get the first of the doors opened in the mind flayer layer and now I can't use it again to get the second door open. Unfortunately, all of the wandering flayers are dead so I either turn into slayer to get the door open or I'm stuck and have to go back to the beginning of the underdark where I did the last non quick save. Anyone know how to fix this?

Ok, I did this. I added each version of slayer change and removing slayer change. Only one version of slayer change will open the door. The problem that I am having now, is that after trying this 5 different times, although I am able to open the door I inevitably start to take ever increasing damage until I am killed.

Perhaps I finally found the correct "end slayer" or I just finally avoided a random effect. All is well now. Thank you for your help.
