#7575 [NEERA,TOB] - Wand of whips in the quick slot has wrong icon

It has the icon of the Wand of Wonders/Wand of Glitterdust instead of it's new, very cool tree branch-like icon.

    @Troodon80 you can add to the consolidated report thread, I guess that this goes under C or D since it's purely graphical.
