Steps to reproduce: start new game with Haer'Dalis portrait for main char; Find Haer'Dalis.

    Do you have any mods or have edited the game? Sounds like they've missed the entries in the 2DA.

    Huh. I wonder if that has anything to do with the new feature they added to make using portraits easier. Only needing one portrait might have an impact on possible party characters. I'll need to take a look and see if it is happening to any others. I can confirm that it's happening with Haer'Dalis. It also makes me wonder about another bug that occurred where all the portraits in the game were set to the default MAN2 portrait.

    Sure enough, it's happening to Minsc and Jaheira as well. It's safe to assume it's happening to all of them.
