Gem and Scroll Duplication...

I'm not sure if this has been covered already, but something strange seems to be happening with gem bags and scroll cases.

I would pick up an identify scroll using the quick loot section, then I'd put it in the scroll case, then for some reason there would be two slots for identify scrolls, e.g. Identify (3) and Identify (1). I take all my identify scrolls out so that in my inventory there would be 4 identify scrolls, then I put them back in the scroll case. When I check back, it says that I have something like Identify (6) or something. So for some reason, I'm receiving free items by doing this.

Same thing happened recently with gem bags giving me free Rouge Stones. Not that I'm complaining, but I think this might be something looking into.
