Hello, thanks for the mod, a quick question if you don't mind. I've been doing an android install (still on 1.3) and SCS failed to get past the AI component because it failed to find the bless spell. After extensively googling the issue for about 2 minutes I discovered that this seems to be an issue with spell.ids. By using the weidu changelog utility I found that the only culprits for modifying spell.ids in my installation apart from SCS itself were Tome & Blood's revised specialists and cantrips components. Not really a major issue with the beta coming and as I don't necessarily *need* SCS but if you have any advice it would be appreciated.
Hello, a quick report. Revised Specialists - on both 0.7 & 0.8 - fails at QDNEC#.spl with the message Invalid Spell number: -1. Current beta, android version. Shortly before there's the message that TNB_Necro_CC_IX can't be added to spell.ids as no slots remain.
@Mantis37 , okay so the problem here is that ADD_SPELL is running out of slots for that level, presumably. The fact that HLAs are coded as 9th level spells means that there isn't much room to add new ninth level spells. The necromancer hack will go away whenever I get around to an update, because I've reworked specialists (again) to not rely on the necromancer fake magic trick.
After playing around with a slightly lighter install 0.7 version of Revised Specialists installed, but some of the Spell tweaks did not. 0.8m version of Revised Specialists from Github didn't install however. Make of that what you will .
I'm also having the same problem in that Revised Specialists will not install with 0.8m. Also, the innate "Find Familiar" is not available to cast for the wizard despite saying that it installed correctly.
I was able to install 0.8 version but couldn't make a necromancer because I got stuck at the spell memorization screen. Other specialist kits worked. Possibly the necromancy spell placeholder is causing issues? I really want this mod to work.
Installation with new Setup-eet from https://baldursextendedworld.com/ is possible. Without the Kits - they are only working in bg-ee and in bg2-ee. But familiars of cantribs are only working for mages / sorcerers in data\core\tnb_kltlist.tpa. So otther mages don‘t get the abilities. Just installed T&B and Shadow Magic. But the adept - c0sadept.2da - or the shadow sorcerer - I think c0sadept3.2da - never gains the innates. Manual edit of the kitlst and changing install-order helps. Can you add the shadow mages to your kitlist?
Tome and Blood - according to the download site, this was updated to 0.8n about 10 days ago and the author has fixed a few errors and the installation is now seamless. I would advise everyone to download the newest version now.

Same here if i install 0.8n then nothing work at all. Maybe it has something to do with the newest version of bg?
Had a warning on my latest install. Just wanted to know if I should be concerned.

Ok, am I correct in assuming the warnings are just telling me nothing happened to those spells? Was something supposed to happen or are they spells from other mods that Tome and Blood doesn't use?

Magus couldn't select any Weapon Style.
Edit: Yes, Spell Revisions is installed btw
