Would anybody like the sense of exploration back in BG2?

    I've always thought that BG2 had quite a lot of side quests and far more replayability than BG1. Personally I'm more into anything that improves the main storyline since at it's core I see BG as a book in which you are the hero so I often do only as many side quests as I can to get enough money to run and rescue Imoen or to kill Irenicus if I'm playing Evil. Obviously that's not everyone's playstyle though and regardless it would be cool to have more zones to explore for BG2 EE.
