Drow monk animations

Hello, I've been playing BGI & II with a monk character. I ran into some obnoxious visual problem. When you are transformed into a drow in the underdark the animations are all messed up. Fighting with bare hands the character uses some invisible two-handed sword instead. If I give him a katana since I'm bored with him playing with an invisible sword the animations are still messed up.

    Can't just use normal monk model with dark skin and white hair?
