Can't access Viconia's spells...

in BGII:EE Bugs (v1.2.2030)
Just entered Bodhi's gauntlet and when I click on Viconia's spells, nothining happens. Is she cursed? Anyone else run into this?

    Is she silenced.

    (there was a bug with temporary silence, have you used the collarbell and if so is your game patched?)
    #7040: The collarbell's deafness effect now wears off properly after resting.

    Using up to date ipad version -what is the collar bell?
    I also should mention she is very easily fatigued...like 5 minutes after resting

    For some reason all her spells we're erased so I just had to re memorize - a bit annoying but glad that's all it was
