It appears I may have made a slightly incorrect prediction. Perhaps I should have told the genie what year I expected Brazil and Argentina to be in the finals

While Marcelo was running around like a Ronald McDonald looking headless chicken and as Dante and David Luiz were nowhere to be found on seven occasions, 50% of the best backline in Europe last season were sitting at home in front of a tv doing this: (I added some simple instructions for Little Phil to read next time, since I'm super nice like that)
On the other hand, I'm happy that the team I picked to win is in the final! Hopefully they will win and then Bengoshi will give me like a million points for picking Zee Germans.
Klose also broke the record, which is pretty cool, since Klose is awesome (despite playing for Nazio *ahem* "Lazio"... but hey, let he who is without sin cast he first stone). I mean, Ronaldo was the better footballer, and its probably hard to see his record eclipsed in front of the home crowd of Brazilians, but Klose's record is very impressive, and consistent too! Scored multiple goals in four different Mundials... wow! Four years ago he got injured and people though his chance to break the record was done, but here he is in 2014 at 36 years old and he's still useful. Amazing.
Germany really are the most entertaining side. They play an exciting style with slick passing, except unlike Spain they pass vertically, which is awesome. Their unselfish play was really highlighted on the first few goals. Every player was willing to make that extra pass. People were saying how funny it is that Zee Germans play like Brazil and the Brazilians play like Germany. In this match the Germans certainly proved that!
Wait... I just realized I put the words "useful player" on a picture depicting Fred. No matter the context that is quite simply unacceptable. Let me fix this
By the way, is there anyone who can lend me a DeLorian, a Flux Capacitor and a few pounds of plutonium? Also, I'd like the address of a bookmaker who gives good odds on very unlikely results.
Germany will win this tournament like I predicted. When Brazil scored literally at the last minute, Neuer was bloody pissed they stopped playing and couldn't keep the 0. I can imagine he was shouting "We don't stop until Lahm lifts the trophy!" They're unstoppable.

now this is going bad..
Its like a Canadien would have felt like if we had not medaled Men's Hockey at Vancouver... national mourning.
So much for Brazil vs. Argentina. (Though it may end up being the 3rd place match, and Brazil will probably end up getting crucified again.)
I'm kind of afraid for the players. =/

Hmm I predicted 2-1 Netherlands. Yeah, I'm going to stick with that.
Brazil is broken. Perhaps they can pull it together for the bronze match, as it's still a few days away.
