what is use of this item?

    It is used if you try to get someone other than you to stay in her place. If you kill her you can just sell it.

    i think i stole her staff and pass this item to someone in third floor of durlags tower then came back to her and informed her ,then she left and gave me just some xp and said that she lied about the reward!, then when i came to that person in third floor our conversation led to a fight, after the fight i got this item from his corpse and kept it in my inventory. so shall i just sell it off? isn't it supposed to be fashioned to some sort of cloak if delivered to the right person?

    If you identify it you will find out that Kirinhale was a succubus which is a type of demon. Other than that it is just used as a quest item and can be sold afterwords. No other use for it. Cloaks are made from nymph hair.
