Edwin's quests won't start

Hi there !
So I have started the maevar's quest. I got him the talos necklace and he sent me to meet Edwin. Problem is I can't engage the conversation with edwin. When I try Edwin's just says he's busy or whatever.
Would anyone know how to activate the dialogs ?

    That is very odd. Could you upload your save file so we can take a look at it? Do you have any mods?

    ok here is the sav file. I have indeed installed a few mods such as bg2 tweaks, and other quests mods.

    Looks like the save didn't attach (needs to be zipped). As you have mods could you also attach the WeiDU.txt log.

    I can't attach the file, it says : (BALDUR.SAV) Uploaded file type is not allowed. ?

    Yes, that's why it needs to be zipped (the entire 0000nnnn- folder not just the sav file).

    If I kill Edwin and console in a new one his dialogue triggers. At a guess one of the mods has changed him in some way.

    Is there an Edwin.bcs in your override folder?

    Try this @bobo696‌ he has numtimestalkedto set to 1, I have reset to zero.
