8334 [Hexxat] Blood drain items not dropped on death

Enemies killed by Blood Drain are not dropping their equipment. Use Minsc to see what is happening.

1 Load attached save
2 Select Hexxat
3 Use her special abilities > blood drain on Minsc
4 Repeat from step 1 if he saves

Expected: Minsc dies and drops his gear
Observed: Minsc dies but his gear is not dropped

5 Select Jaheira
6 Use a Raise Dead scroll on Minsc

Expected: Minsc should only have Boo
Observed: Minsc has all his gear still equipped
