No, not steam, thank you. Beamdog it will be. I won't be tricked by cheaper price. Steam is steam. DRM is DRM. And not owning your own, the very same game you purchased, entirely, plus not being able to have direct control over its saved content (cloud etc), is NOT OWNING YOUR OWN GAME technically, practically, and sadly.
Ok now its over. Good riddance. Fat man can go for a long walk off a short pier. Which reminds me. Back in the day, i had bought Shadow Warrior remake for 30 euros on GoG, while it was only 6 euros on Steam. Holiday sale (christmas). Voting with your wallet is always a must. As well as supporting those who deserve it. Remember, cheap price is not always a good thing. Don't forget to see the whole picture. Don't allow fool people fool you by being cheap and cheaper than others.
