    If you are using mods, then there's not much that can be done to help. I think the best thing to do is move this to the modding section and then you can post what mods you have installed—see if the community can find out where the issue is.

    If it turns out to be something that you can replicate on a clean and unmodified installation, then someone can move this topic back. :-)

    Short answer, probably not. At least not without knowledge of disassembly or access to the source code. If assembly language is your forte, then you have a head-start to most other people. :-)

    The confusion should wear off eventually. It says the effect lasts one (in-game) hour.
