What's the console command to summon/create Cernd?

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
It's been 70 hours since I did the druid grove quests, and IIRC I finished it happily and left Cernd there, he never died or anything. But right now I could really use him as a party member, and he's not at the grove. Or anywhere.
