Hi
i brought casson's body to his father but he says "your efforts are appreciated, fruitless though they were......"

what was the time limit for returning casson's corpse?

    Yes, there is and i didn't know about the time limit. Now i can't complete the quest due to this time limit!

    10 days ? No way !

    Unless one of the cutscenes and teleporations in the later chapter fast-forwards time a lot, it was much less for me.

    I talked to Varci, did a few quests in Baldurs Gate, only resting 4 or 5 times, and it was already too late :/

    The game can make you sleep a long time if you don't have enough healing spells to recover, and the "sleep until fully healed" option checked.
