Neera's Hair

Ok I noticed that in my version of BGEE that Neera's hair is pink and her appearance is red and pink... but then was watching someone else's Let's Play and their Neera's hair is white and appearance is grey and white...... trivial matter I know but it's been bugging me as I prefer the second appearance much more, is there a way to change it without mods? is it to do with the Steam version or pc vs the mac version or the version bought off the website?

It should be consistent regardless of the version you buy.

That's what I thought but it isn't apparently..... might be because the steam version's out of date.....

Could you provide a link to the youtube clips you are watching? Steam doesn't have version 1.3 yet (since it is still in beta) so its possible that is the cause.

That video was made pre-version 1.2 (1.2 is the current version on steam). They probably changed it as part of one of the patches that have been released since this video was posted.

Well, watching a playthrough it could be different because it's recorded and then the quality is downgraded for YouTube. I think @CrevsDaak‌ noticed something abou the portraits a while ago, but I don't remember what it was.
Anyway, here are the large, small, and medium portraits from
    Bg1:

    And bg2:

Screenshotted and cropped from my iPad versions, both up to date. The large is a huge difference from the large to the other two, but other than that I don't see anything.

I had the same issue too on my PC a while back - I believe that I even reported it as a bug.

I don't know whether the issue was ever resolved, because I've since overrided the "M" and "S"-sized portraits with versions of the large portrait.
