Cutscenes broken, random crashes

in BGII:EE Bugs (v1.2.2030)
Hi, I recently picked up Baulders Gate 2, and it is currently unplayable for me. Once I select one of the 3 games, I get a few frames of the opening movie, then it just hangs till the menu. When I start a game, I crash very shortly for no apparent reason. Any ideas?

    I have intel integrated graphics (intel HD 4000), tried a lot of the fixes suggested here but no luck =/

    What fixes have you tried. Is your game playing sound? Do you have BG:EE and did that work OK.
