Switching from SoA to ToB. Game crashes

I have a nasty problem.
Untill now game has run perfectly and all but reccently i completed SoA and game automatically started ToB. When intro movies end i'm at the field with those stone heads and game runs for 2-4 second and crashes.
There is a message for error and notification that crash data is saved in crash folder.

Any idea how to fix this?

    Does it work if you start a new ToB game with a freshly rolled character? Will help to determine what might be at fault.

    Yeap it allso crashes with a fresh character. I allso have to play in windowed mode or the game frozes (if this happens theres no crash report but game just frozes)
