bg EE wont start after download

please help i downloaded the game the other day and right after install(before i could play) it crashed and every time i try to play it crashes i downloaded the audio and graphics drivers from the beamdog support page but idk what else to do!! can you tell me anything??

Is there a crash file in your documents folder under the game directory?

Sorry @eatensoul‌ not looked here for a few days. Suggestion is to zip up a number of files - all are needed - and post on the BG:EE section of the forum.
