[Known 15979] Font Size option offers no detailed description when the option label is clicked

*Observed*
The detail box lower continues to show "This panel controls the appearance of the graphics in the game."

*Expected*
The detail box should state "This slider controls the font size for all the text in the game."

When looking at the Graphics settings, clicking the text label for the Font Size setting does not generate a detailed description for the setting. Clicking the name of the other settings however, does show detailed descriptions of those settings.
