[Known] Can't scroll item description via mouse wheel (vendor inventory screen)

The item description does not scroll.

The item description should scroll up and down in response to the mouse wheel.

The scroll wheel works once a drag/move or scrollbar action is initiated.

Visit the inn that you start the game next to or the Friendly Arm Inn (Or any vendor) and speak to the vendor, choose to look at what items they are selling, right-click an item and try to scroll the description via the scroll wheel on the mouse. Obviously ensure the item you right-clicked has a long enough description that requires scrolling to read it all such as a Belt of Masculinity (Changes your sex).

It won't work unless you click and drag the description first, at which point the problem is resolved until you reload from a save game. Problem does not affect your own inventory which you open via pressing I on the keyboard.

Easily reproduced, can try to provide a video if you want proof. Windows 7 x64, Microsoft Comfort 3000 Optical Mouse & latest Microsoft Intellipoint or equivalent software.
