[Dupe] Madness Most Fowl should be journal note, not quest

Observed behavior: When speaking to Kissiq in the Red Canyon map after acquiring Melicamp, a quest entry entitled "Madness Most Fowl" is entered into the journal. It is not resolved when Melicamp is returned to High Hedge.

Expected behavior: The Madness Most Fowl should probably be a journal entry, not a quest. Barring that, it should resolve once Melicamp is returned to High Hedge.

[EDIT] As an aside, I'm not entirely sure we're supposed to re-submit bugs that have probably already been acknowledged here. I know everyone is already aware of this, but I figured it couldn't hurt to have a good list easily available on the new 1.3 bugs forum.
