Analyzing/Modding the default races

Hi, I tried to find (without luck) info about which files contain the implementation of the original BG2:EE race bonuses (e.g. elves +THAC0 with bows and swords).
Is that data hardcoded?

    Check out this post from CamDawg on the G3 site. The file is called RACETHAC.2DA. From the post:

    @AstroBryGuy‌ wow! thanks for pointing me to a very insightful post! It also solves some other doubts I had.
    My goal is to know about tiefling race implementation and they have no column in racethac.2da! :(
    Just in case I checked the game file with DLTCEP (thanks btw for the https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/80058200/DLTCEP7.6g_OSX.zip)
    Somehow the game gives a THAC0 bonuses to tieflings as they were elves but I still haven't found how.
    In-game they are "Elf: -1" and "Tiefling: -1" so the developers are conscious about the race difference.
