Branwen should not re-petrify whenever the carnival map is re-visited

1. Load attached save.
2. Travel north to the carnival.
3. Walk north-east past Zeke and towards Branwen.
4. Use a stone to flesh scroll on Branwen (F11).
5. Talk to her and decline her assistance (2).
6. Travel back to Nashkel Mine map.
7. Travel back to the carnival and return to Branwen.

*Observed*
Branwen has been petrified again.

*Expected*
Branwen should remain de-petrified.

    Maybe while you're at it, could Zeke NOT repeat his line and voice-over again and again, regardless of how you've dealt with Branwen. Zeke should only call you over once, or at least until you speak with him, then that's it!

    Zeke clears off once she comes to life.

    He continues his sales attempt until that point though, which would seem intentional as he's not going to give up until he's made his money.

    Branwen's default state is state_stone_death, of course. I added the action SetGlobal("BranwenFree","GLOBAL",1) to state 1/response 2, the one where you tell her "I have no need of your services" then updated ar4900.bcs to include

    IF
    Exists("Branwen")
    StateCheck("Branwen",STATE_STONE_DEATH)
    Global("BranwenFree","GLOBAL",1)
    THEN
    RESPONSE #100
    ActionOverride("Branwen",ReallyForceSpell(Myself,WIZARD_STONE_TO_FLESH))
    END

    and now she won't repetrify based on her default state. That particular action could be added to her other replies but probably won't be necessary since she never turns back to stone once joining the party.
