video resolution error

in Troubleshooting
i am using a 5" screen smartphone with 960*540 resolution...baldur's gate cutscenes and logo comes as half the screen i am using the newest 1.3 version plz help

    Moving this to the troubleshooting forum @sunshine5779‌ as it isn't likely to be something that can have a workaround or affect all users so will need device specific considerations.
