"Xvart Raids" journal entry should not be a quest

1. Load attached save.
2. Walk up and kill the xvarts.
3. Speak to Hulrik.
4. Speak to Hulrik again.
5. Open the journal (J) and click on Quests if not already selected.

*Observed*
"Xvart Raids" is added as a quest.

*Expected*
*Xvart Raids" should be a non-quest journal entry.

*Note*
There is no way to close this quest, so it remains open for the remainder of the game.
