[Not an Issue] Baldur's Gate City Quest (spoilers, answer suggested)

Hi all,
First, sorry for my bad english.
i've finished bg with a DD, and now i'm playing my second walktrough with a blade (super funny).
Once entered baldur's gate NW (i think is that the zone) i've never encountered Lothander, and (obviously)
been never poisoned by him (which is fine), but i can't figure out how to do this quest and get the final 10k xp.

    @DaveTheBrave‌ you need the NE zone, and have to enter from the south. Does that help?
