Can anyone help me with that?

    The good news is you can do this yourself without anyone having to edit your saves @LordLeviathan‌

    1. Go to the record screen (R).
    2. Click on Reform Party.
    3. Click her portrait then Remove, Remove and Done.
    4. When she asks are you sure, select options 1 and 1.
    5. She'll rejoin in her correct form.

    & I'll be trying your saves to test a couple of other things.

    Thank you for your fast reply, that was a minor problem then.

    Just for curiosity, What are you planning doing with my saves?

    Testing to see how she gets into that form, and whether I can reproduce it in a clean save.

    I think this is a side effect of issue 7190 so going to mark as such.
