Kobold Commando arrows of fire should not require a save vs breath

1. Load attached save.
2. C:CreateCreature("Kobcomm")
3. Move away from the kobold so it can shoot arrows.
4. Force heal Jaden (CTRL/R) until he makes his saving throw.

*Observed*
Save vs Breath is made

*Expected*
Save vs Spell should be made

*Note*
From forum thread: The generic arrows of fire, arow08, do indeed require a save vs spell to avoid the fire damage. The arrows you mention are arowkc, used by kobold commandos, and require a save vs breath

The description states: "1D6 fire damage ( save vs. spell for none)"

This is what appears in the combat log when a character is hit by an arrow of fire:
"Save vs. breath "

Yes, that is the case. So why there are apparently two different types of arrows of fire?

I have no idea. Perhaps it is to make the kobold commandos even more dangerous than they already are to low-level parties, given that the save versus breath is always more difficult than the save versus spell.

Near as I can tell they're different because they wanted kobold commandos to not use up the fire arrows they're supposed to drop when you kill them.

The save vs breath is a minor discrepancy, but in this case probably not one that's worth fixing.
