Help with Shadowkeeper for BG:EE

I'm trying to use ShadowKeeper to alter the in game model (from fighter to thief) and a couple of stats for my PC. I'm keeping all stats within the parameters for a starting char, but whenever i go to save the altered file, nothing happens. The file will show up in SKs list of files, but not in the saves folder, and if I try to overwrite, nothing has changed when I copy the file back into the Documents directory. Any help figuring out what's going on would be appreciated.

Shadowkeeper's not so good for the EEs. Luckily, @Troodon80 has created EE Keeper. Using it instead should solve your problem.

@Nonnahswriter‌ I tried to use EE Keeper originally but it kept crashing when loading the resources. Fortunately I found out what was going on. For some reason Shadowkeeper was using a completely different directory, user\appdata\local, from the game to save the files. Once I found where it was dumping everything I was able to edit everything just fine.
