#15983 - Tutorial: Imoen should have a weapon she is proficient with

Imoen has a dagger equipped.

*Expected*
Imoen should have a weapon she is proficient with.

Proficient with long sword, short sword, quarterstaff, shortbow, club.

1. Load the attached save called "Tutorial-Imoen".
2. Walk southwest to discover Imoen. She talks to you and joins the party.
3. Check out Imoen's inventory and weapon proficiencies.

*Observed*
Imoen is holding a dagger, even though she has no dagger proficiency. Her weapon proficiencies are long sword, short sword, club, quarterstaff, and short bow.

*Expected*
Imoen should carry a weapon she is proficient with.

*Note*
This is an old bug that didn't get picked up. Original report is here.
In case this issue is fixed by giving her a long sword or short sword, it is important to use the unbreakable version of that weapon (ttsword4.itm or ttsword5.itm).

Have modified slightly as she's already present in that save so might affect testing of any fix.

Why would she get an unbreakable version of a weapon? Do all acquirable party members start with such weaponry? If not, why is she the exception?
