Have you been using any mods, used EEKeeper or Shadowkeeper, etc?

I've just tested this and I can't confirm it. When I got shadowstep I had both still available.

i used EEKeeper but simply to change my 2 orig proficiencies from scimitar and crossbow to qstaff and short bow.

my chrs bugged then? :-(

Since this sounds like a possible issue with Keeper, can you zip and attach a save game for me to examine?
