    Are you able to go back to a released version of Android and see if the problem still happens, or is the preview version not something you can go back from.

    I restarted the tablet and it appears to have cured the issue.
    the reason why i havent gone to an official release is im pretty sure i have clear my data to change my android version so im waiting to do it when its released incase the update comes out in factory images only first. Should be out by the end of the month.
