Fallen Devas in Black Pits 2?

These things are real tough sons of guns. Any advice on how to beat them?
Party composition is:
1) Inquisitor
2) Dwarven Defender
3) Fighter/Cleric
4) Mage/Thief
5) Fighter/Mage
6) Sorcerer
There's six of them and they all seem to have 100% magic resist, so there's no practical way of using magic against them whatsoever, essentially making the sorcerer and m/t useless. That leaves me to hacking them apart with the remainder of my fighters and using the inquisitor to dispel their haste/globe of baldes etc.
The problem is, they WRECK in melee. Without replaying prior fights, it's practically impossible to get a sufficiently low AC to prevent getting trashed by them. Not only that, but they cast a variety of spells as well. Has anybody found an easy/effective way of dealing with these guys?

Try to be immune to their fear.
They require +4 weapons AFAIK.
Use mostly non dispellable buffs.
Spam dispels at them to remove Mirror Images, Blade Barriers etc.
Max the damage resistance on your DD. Don't rely on AC to tank.
Use summons to tank and the DD to tank while pounding on them with WWA and Critical strike.
