[Known 8329] Draw Upon Holy Might innate vs. cleric spell

It has always bugged me that the innate ability has a casting time longer than some fights, while the cleric spell is really a short cast (and very usable). Usually I fix this by replacing the innate ability with a short cast version.

However, I really see this as a bug, especially since most innate abilities have shorter cast times than their spell counterparts.

So I would like this "bug" permanently fixed ;)
