#10145 Slow/haste spell bug

Slowed creatures have an Armor Class and attack penalty of -4. A haste spell should negate the effects of a Slow spell, but It doesn't work. The Armor Class and attack penalty doesn't disappear with the haste spell.

I've tried it with a potion of freedom and free action spell but It doesn't work either.
