I found a mundane katana in the lower levels of Kresselak's tomb, but i can't remember where exactly.

I just found a +1 katana on the 2nd level there. You can also buy mundane ones in either Easthaven or Kuldahar.

I found a +2 katana in the lowest level of dragons eye. I don't want to spoil the surprise and say what else it does though.

Did a search for you with Near Infinity.
So, Katanas have been introduced into the game.

There's a +1 in AR3502, Container 10, Location 1372, 1605.
A +2 in AR9714 (sorry, no link, but it's in ToTL apparently), Container 28, Location 913, 2028.
Darkened Glory +2 (+5% chance of scoring a critical hit (with this weapon only)/Casts Curse centered on the target each time a critical hit is scored), in AR4005, Container 20, Location 1219, 916. Also on a variety of Spirit Troll (PPTROLL1.CRE) summoned by a spell (PPTROLL1.SPL) that doesn't appear to be used in game.
Solemn Duty +3/+5 vs. outer planar creatures (Immunity to confusion/3% chance of decapitating an opponent on each hit), in Nym's Exotic Goods store, AR8004.
Not that great!

wow thanks for the list @Abel , i am surprised there aren't better katanas, i thought we might see a Celestial Fury level item, but wow these aren't that great at all

HoF items? Wow i have no idea what your talking about, this went over my head.

Not unless Heart of Fury has its own items.... and where would we find THAT list

Fun thing is that Solemn Duty shares the same code as Celestial Fury (SW1H51).
Ignore what I said about HoF. I don't know why I thought it unlocked better items but it seems wrong.
