[Android] Crashes - not playable on my TF701

Hello,

I have an ASUS TF701 (Transformer Pad, Tegra 4) and played BG:EE on this before without any problems. This is allready some months ago and now I have there the same problems as here in IWD:EE.

The first problem is that the game crashes when I'm trying to save t the same file as before. If I save to another one (even if this file allready exists) it runs well so I could handle this by saving to two different files.

But now I think its getting to critical. I'm still in the prolouge, just finished the cave, go to this guy to finish the quest and when I'm leaving his house, the game crashes...every time.


So now it is unplayable and I can't give it back anymore.

The tablet got an update during the last days...but BG:EE got some since I've played it last time too so I'm not sure which what the reason is.

    Could you advise a few more details please. How much free storage is on the device and does the problem persist after a shutdown and restart.

    The crash while leaving the house has the same reason as the saving crashes... the autosave gets activated while entering the house and again while leaving... so it tries to save the same file a second time -> crash

    Doing a quicksave in the house solves this.

    I have 7 GB of internal free space and 49 GB on the sd card.

    restart does not change anything.

    Currently I could play it but only if I use a different save file every time.

    Found someone else who has the same problem... he reported that the issue started with the patch 1.3

    Reinstalling doesn't solve the problem.

    Game is still unplayable (crashes very often during saving process...autosaves included)

    ok, the file system shield was the reason. deactivating solves the problem but let me just ask one simple question:

    why does the game(s) crash because of this?!
